Senator Miller, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Health, Education and Social Services Committee referral be waived             
on CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 392(HES) An Act relating to                           
continuances for temporary custody hearings that follow emergency              
custody of a child; and amending Rule 10, Alaska Child in Need of              
Aid Rules. Without objection, the bill was referred to the Judiciary           
Committee.
